High-performance Delrin® 100 Series

The grades in the Delrin® 100 series remain the premier resins of choice in the most demanding applications where the ultimate in toughness combined with high strength, creep and fatigue resistance are required. The primary grades in this series are Delrin® 100, Delrin® 100P, and Delrin® 111P.

Why use an Acetal Homopolymer?

Homopolymers perform significantly better than copolymers in their toughness at extreme temperatures, fatigue endurance, and elongation at yield. Copolymers cannot reach the overall mechanical properties that homopolymers offer for demanding applications.
